In addition to the free Starter Plan, we're excited to introduce the new Basic Plan, which provides more advanced delivery configuration options.
About the Basic Plan
In addition to all Starter Plan features, the Basic Plan includes two advanced capabilities: Additional Holiday Settings and Prefecture-specific Lead Time Settings.
Additional Holiday Settings
You can now register custom holiday periods, such as the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon, in addition to your regular weekly holidays. Registered holiday periods are automatically excluded from the available delivery date options.

Prefecture-specific Lead Time Settings
You can now configure additional lead time for each prefecture. The feature supports three configuration methods: applying settings to all prefectures, applying them by region, or configuring each prefecture individually. When customers select their prefecture on the cart page, the delivery date calendar automatically reflects the configured additional lead time.

Upgrading to the Basic Plan
How to Upgrade
- Open Plan Management from the app's side menu.
- Review the Basic Plan details, then click Upgrade to Basic Plan.
- You'll be redirected to Shopify's billing approval page. Review the charges and approve them.
- Once approved, you can start using all Basic Plan features immediately.
❗️ You can cancel your subscription and switch back to the Starter Plan at any time. Your Basic Plan configuration data will be retained after cancellation, but Basic Plan features will be disabled until you subscribe again.
