Basic Delivery Date & Time adds preferred delivery date and delivery time-slot fields to your Shopify cart. You can also display delivery notes and links, so customers can review your delivery terms before placing an order.

Control which delivery dates customers can select based on your order lead time, available booking window, and non-shipping days. For example, you can allow customers to select a delivery date from three days after ordering up to 30 days in advance—aligning customer choices with your actual fulfillment capacity.

The selected delivery date and time slot are automatically saved to order metafields. View them in Shopify order details or export them via CSV, so your fulfillment team can use the customer’s preferences after the order is placed.

Add delivery preferences to the cart

Automatically add preferred delivery date, preferred time slot, and delivery notes to the cart page. You can include links in your notes to direct customers to your delivery policy, shipping guidelines, or other important information.

Configure dates around your operations

Set the earliest available delivery date, the maximum number of days customers can book ahead, and non-shipping days. The app supports date controls that take regular store holidays and Japanese public holidays into account, and can display a business-day calendar on your storefront.

Create time-slot options that match your carrier and fulfillment operations—from broad windows such as Morning and Afternoon to more specific time ranges.

Save preferences with each order

Customers’ selected delivery dates and time slots are automatically saved to order metafields. Review them in Shopify order details or CSV exports and use the information directly in your post-purchase and fulfillment workflow.

Set lead times by prefecture

With the Basic plan, you can configure additional closure dates, such as the New Year holidays and Golden Week, and set different lead times for each Japanese prefecture. This supports stores whose delivery lead times vary by destination within Japan.
