Purposes of Use
The Company uses the Personal Information of Customers, etc. for the following purposes.

With respect to Specific Personal Information, etc., the Company will use such information, to the extent necessary for business operations, within the scope of the purposes of use individually specified at the time of acquisition from among the following.

If it becomes necessary to use the information for purposes other than these purposes, the Company will notify Customers, etc. in advance.
The Company may also acquire information concerning Customers, etc. from other business operators, such as internal identifiers, advertising identifiers, cookies, email addresses, and usage history, combine it with Personal Information concerning Customers, etc. held by the Company, and use it within the scope of the purposes of use stated above.

Security Management
In handling the Personal Information of Customers, etc., the Company appoints a personal information protection manager in the department responsible for managing Personal Information and manages such information appropriately. In addition, the Company conducts training on personal information protection when employees join the Company, as well as regular company-wide training on personal information protection, and thoroughly educates its employees.
Against risks such as unauthorized external access, as well as loss, destruction, falsification, and similar incidents, the Company implements appropriate and reasonable security measures and endeavors to protect the Personal Information of Customers, etc.

Provision to Third Parties
The Company will not provide, disclose, or share Personal Information with third parties except when consent has been obtained from Customers, etc. or when permitted by law.
For example, Personal Information may be provided, disclosed, or shared with third parties in the following cases.
① Disclosure by the relevant person
Depending on public/private settings and recipients, content posted by Customers, etc., such as reviews, may be viewable by third parties.
② Outsourcing
For the purpose of conducting business, the Company may disclose Personal Information of Customers, etc. to its contractors only to the minimum extent necessary. The Company enters into agreements concerning the protection of Personal Information with such contractors and conducts necessary and appropriate management and supervision to ensure that the contractors comply with those agreements.

④ Business succession
In the event of a corporate transaction involving the Company’s business covered by this Policy, such as an acquisition, merger, or change of business entity, Personal Information may, to the extent permitted by law, be transferred to the successor of the business.

The Company may disclose Personal Information to law enforcement agencies, courts, and other third parties based on laws and regulations, such as when it receives a request made in accordance with legal procedures, including a warrant.

When Customers, etc. use services of other business operators that cooperate with the Company, or when the Company conducts marketing activities and advertising through other business operators that cooperate with the Company, the Company may provide Personal Information of Customers, etc. to such other business operators. Acquisition by Third Parties
Apart from “4. Provision to Third Parties,” the Company may allow partner companies to acquire information of Customers, etc. by using cookies, software development kits, and similar technologies. The use of Personal Information by partner companies other than the Company is governed by the privacy policies of the respective partner companies.
For example, to improve the Company Services, the Company uses Google Analytics provided by Google LLC to measure the Company Services, including websites. Google LLC may set cookies or read existing cookies to acquire data. In such cases, information such as the URLs of pages accessed by customers and IP addresses is automatically transmitted to Google LLC. The Company may use such information to understand usage status and for the Company Services, etc. Please refer to the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy for the handling of data by Google LLC in Google Analytics. -
Deletion
When the Company no longer needs to use the acquired Personal Information, it endeavors to delete such Personal Information without delay. If Customers, etc. request account deletion, the Company will delete their information after retaining it for a certain period, in accordance with laws and internal rules.

When requesting disclosure of Personal Information or notification of the purpose of use, a fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) will be charged for each request. Please enclose postage stamps or a postal money order.
